QUOTE(aznxdreamer @ Jun 1 2005, 9:23 PM) personally, i think it hurts more taking it out then putting it in. maybe im doing something wrong? i dno. I use tampax mini with cardboard applicator. They're really easy to put in and I recommend them for begginers because sticking a finger up there can feel uncomfortable. It might be hurting when you put them in because you're ROLLING IT AROUND (If it's a non-applicator tampon)! NEVER EVR DO THIS! You're rolling around something dry on your muscle. It hurts like HELL! Just push it in softly with yor finger! It might be hurting when you take it out because it's not soaked up enough. If when you take it out it hurts and there are still white bits, next time leave it for longer and then when you remove it it will just slide out softly. Hope I Helped! SARA |
