hex codes in photoshop & psp

how do you use hex codes in photoshop and psp? i was wondering is it even possible? im tired of pickin out my colors with the mouse and its never the same. _dry.gif thanks in advance.

Click on the color palette box to open the color palette (that's the little square with the color on the left toolbar). At the bottom of the color picker dialog box, there is a box marked "#". Paste a hex code into the box, and Photoshop will automagically set the color according to that hex code.

ohh. thanks, im blind. _dry.gif is psp the same lol?
