No, don't reset your clocks. It doesn't work. My friend tried it for Photoshop, and it made his Photoshop expire right then and there. The people at Adobe are too smart. Unless the people who make PaintShop Pro aren't as smart.

Pointing your computer's clock backwards, between the dates the trial was started and ended, will work. You have to make sure that you apply the changes prior to opening up the program.

Some programs now have encoding that will detect if a clock has been changed; It depends on the program, and the release date. If it's a recent release, then it's possible changing the clock will not work. Some programs do still work with reseting the clock, some don't. It's worth a try, if the trial has already expired.
