If you've ever play school football or do wrestling in school, you're required, to lift weights and get stronger. And I think, if you did either of the two, you probably can carry 60+ pounds.
I personally can only do 250 for just a few seconds, it's called dead lift. Some guys probably know what that is. It's basically picking the bar up with your legs and not your back, hold it, then lower it done. |

I used to do them in weight training before I had to study for exams and had all these projects. Anyway, I can left 20 lbs for dumbbells, and I think 65 lbs for a bench press (the bar weighs 45 lbs., so that's like 20 on each side) |
