i LOVE subway!!!!! my fav. sandwich is Chipotle Chicken Bacon Double Cheese Melt. I eat it almost everyday thats bcuz my dad owns a subway but thats noty the point...

Apparantly there was a current affairs on foods which are said to be "a healthy choice" but have the exact same amount of fat as hamburgers and stuff.
The Teriyaki Chicken from Subway is said to be one of the most healthiest and most low in fat.......I think they said that Caesar was the worst one?!?!?! Especially out of the Delis at Mc'Donalds |
