Your obviously new to this helping thing.
Anyways, If you lived in Texas somewhere by the Austin area, I could say was have a Maternity home for people in your situation. I'm sure they have one in your area or at least state.  You can easily take him to Court, and he'd have to at least pay child support. I learned the hard way, when you can't do it, let a higher authority handle it.  And I don't know if your a religious type, but I also find Praying helps out alot. Hope things get better ^_^
