Radioblog, not working Options

I made a radioblog and it is not working. When I put it up on my site, the hosting name comes up. I found out it is because the index.php is messed up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

..... You put it in header. Trust me....
The javascript box screws up anything besides tagboards. I don't think it reads it right...
