You know you're a graphics artist when..
Well, it all depends on how detailed you want to get. If you are only using this program to do simple things like touchups, or perhaps some red eye remover, I suggest using a simple program that is already on your computer, such as Paint. If you wish to go a tad more complicated, I reccomend Adobe Photoshop Elements (3.0 is the latest Version). It's price varies, but I got it for about 80 - 120$, but I can't quite remember. On that program, you can create several digital effects, and create detailed touchups like airbrushing, removing blemishes and such. If you wish to create/design graphics on a big range, you can use Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Going further up the scale, you will find Adobe Illustrator 10.0 and other complicated and hard graphics programs. I hope I have helped you out - somewhat, on your wonderful graphics program desicion. |
