Love Crisis., Not Sure What We Should Do. Options

I've been seeing this girl for the past week. It's been great.

However, their is a obstacle that is ruining our relationship.

Our Families., specially my grandma and aunt and her mother.

The first day we were going out, my grandmother and my aunt were gossiping about her, talking about personal stuff about her such as what she been doing lately including her dating this other guy before me and other very personal stuff that I don't want to mention.
Before we even fully established our relationship, she said it was over between us but after we talked it out, we then tried again a couple of days later and we finally established our relationship.
That was about a week ago. Since then, we both have a great time with each other and fell in love with each other. She said she feels save with me and I feel I can protect her from wrong doing. She a nice girl and everything.

However, last night. My grandmother has gossiped again about her being in my house all the time which isn't true. She does come over alot but not like every day. Maybe 3-4 times a week. This gossiped is going to ruin our relationship because once my grandmother tells others, it going to spread like a virus telling everyone in my family and then leaking out to their friends who can lead back to her mother whom will end our relationship right their if she finds out.

This is because her mother don't want her to date because she said she too young (3 years younger then me but we got over the age thing). She 15 and im 18.

However, she had several relationships before me so she not young too date is what im seeing. Last night, I've pour out my feelings for her and she did also. However, she don't know what to do between us because she said she don't want me to get hurt but I said im not unless we break up.

This girl is different for some reason from my previous relationships. I feel more of myself and she brings out the best in me in ways the other girls i've dated haven't. I also brought out the best in her unlike her previous relationship. She said im different from her other relationship because all the guys she dated were in it for S-E-X while im in it for the relationship itself because I liked and now, love her.

My grandmother don't know we are actually going out (Can't tell her or she tell everyone no matter if I say STOP). She sees thinks and believe it before even talking to us or anything. I don't talk to her because she doesn't understand. All she does is sleep then gossip about what going on. When I talk to her, I just start yelling her to listen because she doesn't. It takes a army of men just to tell her something because she basically deaf in a way. It also hard to talk to her because she don't know English and I don't know how to talk to her in Chinese about what going on and everything.

My grandmother has no manners and she acts basically rude to everyone who comes over to my house. She has such bad manners that she leaves the damn bathroom door open when she does her thing which is so disgusting and yet, we keep telling her to shut the stupid door and yet she wouldn't because she doesn't understand. We tell her over and over.

Im so mad at her right now. Im about to run away from my home and find someplace else to live because my father will care more about her then me because it her mother and I rather be far away from her as possible. Me and my brother have been taking care of ourselfs since she does nothing to help us. She just talk and talk.
