Custom Module, Its not showing up! |

I have been trying for ages for my custom module to work. When i go on my private page it works but when i go on my xanga to see if its worked, it hasnt. Anyone got ideas what i can do?

 It didnt work  , i am trying to put links, specially the cb link, so i can become an cb offical member lol.
