Can you please help me on my homework.


What does ...BIA, BLM, and DEQ stands for ?

i know what the acronyms stands for .. but i dont know what is the purpose of it. i need the purpose/ description.

Example:
NASA, National Areonautics and Space Administration
Purpose/description: NASA's mission is to advance and communicate scientific knowledge and understanding of Earth ....





For BIA, Bachelor of Industrial Administration
i dont know what is the purpose and description of it. i even try searching for it but it came up w/ something else.

For BLM, Border Liaison Merchanism
i dont know what is the purpose and description of it. i even try searching for it but it came up w/ something else.

For DEQ, Department of Environmental Quality
i dont know what is the purpose and description of it. i even try searching for it but it came up w/ something else.



By the way, there is all kind of words that stands for acronyms.

I think each state has a DEQ, but in general, "DEQ is responsible for protecting and enhancing [Oregon's] water and air quality, for cleaning up spills and releases of hazardous materials, and for managing the proper disposal of hazardous and solid wastes. " sorce
