How do you react when you are really mad?
Either i tell you what's wrong immediately and avoid you or i avoid the person that upset me without telling him/her what they did wrong. Whenever i'm mad and people come to me and apologise, it makes me more mad than ever. You HAVE to give me time, like an hour or 2. The only person that breaks me is John, 2 minutes and i'm happy again. When john is mad, he stops talking to me for days. At first i used to think maybe he stopped loving me or blah blah but now i realise that it's just a way of calming down. How do you react? |

When I'm really mad, take the anger out on myself. Sometimes, I'll go and kill someone or something, yell into a pillow, confront the person, eat, write, and sleep.
