I was wondering if it would be possible to send a notification to a person whose inbox is full, because most of the time when a person's inbox is full, they don't notice it and has to find out from a member on the forum, aim, or however else they contact each other besides pming each other.

is it possible to get one of those little red box things that you get when you get a new PM?
because athough there is the existing feature, its not always immediately obvious |

If they're important, you can always make a screencap of it, and save it to your harddrive, or you can right-click in the page, and save the page as a html document to your harddrive. |

Some of us get too caught to realize that we need to delete our messages, even though I personally delete my unneeded messages as you said. |
