What exercises dpyou do and how often do you do it?
I want to kno this bc i am goin to hs next yr and i want to build myself up a bit more

well I'm in football for my HS so i would say in the summer try to run 2 miles a day i mean dont start off so fast like 1 mile a day untill you dont get tired of running a mile then thats when you should extend your limits =] 80 push ups a day will help do you alot if you dont like weight lifting and situps are good too basically alot of home exrcises if you cant reach a gym =]
