Her nose sort of looks like it's made out of putty...Also, the colours of the face layers are inconsistent. Some are more orangey, some more yellowy, some that have too much contrast. Here's a tip...start off with the same colour for each layer and edit the lightness afterwards, not as you go along (thanks Jackie for the tip).
