hey u guys, well i'm really slow...but amazingly i am going to be in the 100 yard dash competition tomorrow at my school! i'm pretty fast, (or so says my parents and stuff...) [ i got 11 seconds when i practiced it right now...i dont know if thats good or not?!] but i could use some helpful tips....does anyone have any?? thankyou! every bit of information is extremely appreciated.. i'm so nervous!

well if it's a little less than 100 yards .. then your time isn't accurate .. cause 11 secs is FAST .. every milllasecond matters ..
and since your dad isn't really trained to judge finishing times [[ unless he is ]], then your time could be off by a few millaseconds there, too .. |
