deleteing recent attachments, HEEEEEEEELP |

I can't attach any pictures in createblog because it says my global space is used up. I look in my control panel and there are these "recent attachments" that i made like a million years ago. How do i delete them, so i can attach some more.
P.S: i know i spelled deleting wrong, brauhaa |

@ My Controls ..
Look to tha left .. Under " Options " .. it should say " Manage my attachments " or something like that .. and it's pretty much straight forward from there .. |
