whats the fastest way to lose weight? my graduation is coming and its less than a month.

Eat a normal sized breakfast/dinner, & a light lunch. (not too light though!) Salads & veggies & such are definatly good for dieting, but you need to eat meat too! They have essential proteins that your body needs, that veggies can't give you! Cut down on junk food & sodas a bit. Oh, & never ever miss breakfast! Hmm, for excersize- Crunches & sit-ups are always good. Jumping jacks..even using those little 4 lb. weights work really well for the arms/stomach. Jogging/walking around your neighborhood every day does wonders too Good luck! |
