First off, is there a difference between frames and iframes?

Second. I want to redo my site (I ate up bandwidth! pinch.gif), and I want to do it with frames. Or iframes. I don't know which is which. BUT I want to use them the same way as this subdomain. I know they are frames, and I want the exact same thing (different layout, of course!) And I want to know what they are and how you can do that in dreamweaver.

By hand, if absolutely necessary.

Dreamweaver has frames, so it says, but it's not the same thing. It's, like, a frame that stretches across the top, or a frame that goes down the left side. Not like the example site at all.

Do you want the codes for frames and iframes?

That site isn't loading either for me.
-nevermind you know the difference-

Nevermind this either; too late. That's a nice tutorial too.
