I don't see as there is really a choice, for a relationship if that is what you are asking for, if one only wants to be friends, you can't have a relationship unless you can get them to change the way they think/feel about you. If you like someone that loves you, you might try going out with them, maybe you'll develop feeling for them. Or you could always wait for someone else. I would probably choose between who is nicer, and will treat me better.
