hey guys, i have another question lol. its for photoshop 7 AND psp9 i want to to the blur effect like in my sig, no i didnt make it. how do i do this? i have tried but i haven't been successful, thanks in advance.

oh yay..this is so cool...i just accidentally stumbled on this when i was bombarded w/ a photoshop ad popup..
first type the text...then duplicate the layer (ctrl+j)..then change the color on the lower layer to a brighter color(so itll make it glowy later) and rasterize the bottom type layer then apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian with a radius of about 3-8 pixels (depends on you type/font size). it would look like this  i havent tried it out yet...but it looks pretty cool..and similar to what u were talking about..see ..who said popups are bad..heh |
