Im not sure if this is suppose to be here
Or if theres already a topic on this Feel free to move/delete Okay so i was screwing around with my comp trying to remove some stuff..and went into add or remove windows components. i have accidentally removed Accesories and Utilities from my computer, and to install it back i need the Windows XP compact CD. HOWEVER, i dont have that cd because my comp was upgraded to XP in a store for like 50 bucks or so, so i dont possess the CD. Now i need to download the Paint Program back so i can still work on the images that was originally stored in my comp. I cant find it anywhere, and i need the upgraded XP version to open it cause i downloaded the older version, and it still wont let me open my images. Help? |

1 Go to START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANELS. 2 Click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. 3 On the left side of the Window, click ADD/REMOVE WINDOWS COMPONENTS. 4 Under ACCESSORIES AND UTILITIES click details, and deselect Paint. Click OK, NEXT, etc to complete the uninstall process. 5 Repeat these steps but select Paint to reinstall it. |
