Wellll, me and my friend were just wondering this because once I went into this room and this Newbie double posted and everyone was like screaming [well, maybe not screaming... just saying in a mean way] at the poor guy ["Ugh, don't double next time.
 "] but then I went into another room and this guy with like 2,000 posts triple-posted but no one said a thing.  Be honest!!!

This is for the most part, true. That is because these... members, most of the time, tend to be more familiar with the other, more familar members. It just builds up from there. =)
