Anyone believe this? I do.. the whole spiritual realms and energy and ppl who can wield powers.. yea thats true but the old salem witchtrials and folklore spread by word of mouth changed what witches really represented. They communed with the earth and summoned energies from it by either praying to a god or just being in tune with the earth. This is all stuff ive read and history books.. if im rong and if someone here is wiccan then please correct me. just wanted a view on stuff like this
Also- Satanism has NOTHING to do with witchcraft lol if ur wondering why i looked this up, it was for my RPG lol |

I'm aware that witches are way more than the whole spell thing, one of my friends and her mom are witches so i learned a little bit about them, pretty interesting stuff. But the spell part specifically is what makes me a little bit skeptic of their whole deal. For me it is similar to Catholics who believe in exorcism. They believe that the devil can possess you and they believe in a certain "spell" or prayer ritual that priests can use to get rid of Satan, involving holy water, incense, the cross, and some other items. Or like miracles in general, a lot of people believe in miracles and they will swear by them. For example I heard on the news one Christian priest said he actually made the tsunami stop for a split second by reciting a verse from the bible and harnessing the energy in his mind, and he was being dead serious. There were also witnesses that agreed with him. ????
