I`m guess you want something like this.
 It`s Easy.I`n psp 8 . 1)Create a new Image. 2)Color the background (white or black cause they look bad transparent) 3)Choose a font an write whatever but *important* make sure you create it as floating. 4)Leave the marque around it looks like this  5)go to Effects > 3D effects > Drop Shadow > an then a box comes up an you choose how you want an the colors you can repeat the steps like they did [notice they have 2 colors used a gray an a darker gray] |
