I've mentioned this before, but I guess I can mention it again; the LV monogram pattern is played out. I see more fakes on a day to day basis of the classic Louis Vuitton monogram more than anything else. I know a few guys at my school that have fake Louis Vuitton 'pleather' goods with this specific pattern, and some of the fakes are pretty believable. So, to treat myself to an early graduation gift with some cash, I bought myself a wallet, but, I chose the Damier pattern. Now, I'm not naive enough to believe that vendors won't begin to sell fakes of this pattern once the popularity increases, however, Damier is hot right now, Monogram is not.

what exactly is a knockoff? like a very similar duplicate? hmm... well i guess it is sort of not fair for other brands stealing their ideas, and it's not illegal because they aren't exactly alike mellow.gif
