This is how I think the person did it.
(Keep in mind I have Photoshop 7.0) 1. Select your picture. 2. Copy the picture and place it in a new layer. 3. With the duplicate layer on top, select Filter -> Pixelate -> Color Halftone 4. You should probably select a smaller radius (like 4-6) when the little settings thing pops up. 5. Then change the blending mode until you get an effect that you like. If you need pictures or anything to understand it better, please let me know. |
