well i mainly mention about cantonese food , the food in all the cantonese speaking cities like guangzhou, china, hongong, macau here.lol.
cantonese is characterized with various unusual gradients and materials. Apart from seafood and animals, insects and worms, flowers and weeds are all made into dishes. have you heard of fried squid, 1000 year old eggs, shark's fin soup, snake soup, and dog stews. ![]() I am interested in cooking and have collected some recipes .. hope to discuss and share the experience with you all.. |

Fried squid - OMG so delicious! :D I love fried squid.. <3
1000 year old eggs - Have that in porridge. I neve really classify them as Cantonese food... I thought Vietnamese eat it too? ![]() I like dim sum haha. :D Cha Seo Bao MMM! Hacao (or w/e it's called) is really good as well... MMM. :D Cha Seo Bao.. the outside is white and the inside has the reddish juicy meat thingy.. It's really good. The outside is the same as the outside of Vietnamese Banh Bao (a vietnamese bun thingy). |
