would you. . ., get into this elevator? Options

You get out of your apartment and now have a choice of taking the stairs (which you strongly dislike, cause the darkness) and the elevator, (one of the main choices you'd pick) The elevator arrives and you open the door, and see a girl no more than 12 years old standing, her back facing you and she's facing a corner in the elevator. She does not move or even bother to look back but just stand there still facing the corner. She's no ghost or anything just an ordinary girl. The question is, would you get in that elevator. (Your floor is on level 6) or would you just run the heck down the stairs for your life?

okay, to make it harder, say that you MUST get downstairs because you are headed for school/work and you are already late. Going back to our apartment will delay your trip and this is the 6th time you're late! Notice: if you wait for the next elevator to come she's still in there. If you take the stairs you have no idea what will be waiting for you at the end. When you get down the stairs, the door to the elevator is open, the girl is still there standing in that corner, but who's holding up that door? o_o;

I'd go home, or wait for at least two other normal people to take the elevator with me. Actually, I'd ask the girl what she's up to first before attempting to step in (even with two other people). I wouldn't try the stairs by myself either... *remembers the stair scene in The Grudge*

OMG I FEEL THE SAME WAY AS YOU! Argh after that scene with the stairs of that lady as she was running through her office building.. That scared the bajeezus outta me! Haha when I go to the college library, sometimes the elevator's full or it's broken or something, so I had to take the stairs.. OMG it was so scary! I ran and screamed haha... up 6 flights! It was the scariest feeling ever! Especially since it was pretty dim in there.. That scene from The Grudge has scarred me for life about stairways in big buildings..

I would probably go back home or wait for people to come in the elevator as well with me. I mean, she might even have a knife and stab me in the elevator!

of course i wouldn't do that, only if you were the scary girl in the elevator, which i doubt.
