You may need Adobe Photoshop to able to make those banners. . you can look up these turorials that we have here based on Adobe Photoshop and other kind of things that you can use to make banners .. you can dl brushes and fonts at websites ... maybe you should look it up at The Big Book of Resources. . .^.^
