Well i like this girl and i FINALLY got her cell phone number. She told me it.
 but now if i want to call her, what should i say. i'm not good at talking with girls. do i talk about school or something? please help.

Ask her about things that she's into. If you like her that much, you should know some things about her.
 Yes 3-waying isn't the way to go. Yep people get left out. Not to mention that it's REALLY awkward. It's an A and B conversation. Plus, she MIGHT be into you! And it'll be a lot easier for her to tell you how she feels if one of her friends isn't there to make fun of her or gossip or anything. ;]
