i heard that if u pop a few advils a few days before your cramps, it won't hurt anymore. anyone try this? what do u do?

i don't think i ever had cramps....but if i did...i am use to the pain so i can handle it
anyway is advil that pill for cramps? or somethign else cause if it is for something alse then it sounds dangerous |
