there are a lot of adware spyware removal out there, and which one do you like the best?
i personally like yahoo toolbar. because it's really small

Ad-Aware. :D Haha had it for over a year since my compy kept crasing so much and there was so much spam/adware/spyware on my comp. Now there's no more. Yay!
