Wellll, me and my friend were just wondering this because once I went into this room and this Newbie double posted and everyone was like screaming [well, maybe not screaming... just saying in a mean way] at the poor guy ["Ugh, don't double next time.
 "] but then I went into another room and this guy with like 2,000 posts triple-posted but no one said a thing.  Be honest!!!

well, from what I've seen in a few forums i'm in, that happens way too much. The person who has the most or 2nd most posts get the most attention, and are always excused from spamming, which is most of the time. It really pisses me off at times, but heh, I gotta live with it.
As for cB, it doesn't really happen... or at least, from what I know of |
