How do you rotate an image or text on PS 7.0?

go to image ->rotate canvas->and select the one u want or u can go to edit -> transform->rotate and drag it to where u want it (make sure if its text, u click enter at the bottom right of ur keyboard instead of the top) hope this helped  |
