I'm gonna cut it short so people actually read it:
As long as you sign up to a website which required your email / name / any info. its illegal unless your above 13 years old.

So when someone under 13 joins, its considered illegal, and some (paul murphy for eample) become spammers. the last forum i had which was an Invision fourm btw, got taken down because we had people under 13 on it. So i'm just saying, for the love of god add a age verifyer in the sign up page.

i dont think thats going to work..
for example myspace..
its for ppl 16 or older..(i think) but yet my friends hu r 13 already have one..so ppl r going to lie, so its no use...thats what i think...
