txting html into a scroll box |

i got a scroll bar that would work with my site by editing an entryblog. i got this
<div style="width: 150; height: 50; overflow: auto"><font size=1 face=arial><center> Type text here, if it gets long enough it will scroll just like thiiis </center></div></td> <td width=150 height=135></td></tr><tr><td width=400 height=1 colspan=3></td></tr></table> but my problem is that when i enter in the html in the text area (i want it to show up as text to be copy & pasted, not actualy work), the background that i made the html gets put into the page. how can i add the html i want to put out as a text in the scroll bar? |
