does anybody know how to make an icon, like do you need a special program to make one??? if you do, what is it?? can i download it somewhere?

uhh wrong forum this should be in webdesign and yes you do. For regular icons you can use photoshop or paint shop pro but if you want animated icons use animation shop or image ready
