k, ive done this before. but that was on an earlier version, when it stil had the "color" drop down box. where can i find the place to set transparacy level on the selected color on psp 9?
im in the middle of this pic n i cant go on with out this step |

I have PSP8, but just check this to see if it's the same:
Go to image>palette>set pallete transparency. That should work, but if it's different in 9 I'm not sure
