what happened to my tool options (psp8) |

dont know what happened. ive used the tool options before & now i went to put text on a picture & all that shows up is a blank pallet. i can still add text, but i cant change the font, size or any thing. all the rest of my tools work too, i just cant change them. this is what i see now

sorry i didnt know i double posted. & when i said 3hrs, i didnt mean i asked a few times on this site ok. i ment ive been looking on other sites. & sorry im not a geniuse, but i thought that would be oviouse since im on the site asking for help. so thats as big as the pic could go ok. call me imcompantant, i dont care.
