how long did you go out with your girlfriend before you said to them "I love you"? and how did you say it? did you wait for some romantic moment, or did you just catch them in the hallway at school and blurt it out or what?

I told her before we were in a relationship. We're long distance so I didn't want to get in a relationship at the time. But we wound up dating anyways and we're together and in love.
