i cant really say but here is what i think...
"you have nothing to fear, but fear itself." i think this means that if you're confident then you'll always achieve things....but if you're scared of being scared; of things that will make you scared (like taking risks), you'll never get anywhere...you can't fear taking risks....fear being confident and standing up to people/things... and the only thing you have to fear is FEARING those things. sorry if i was sort of confusing
