I'm gonna cut it short so people actually read it:
As long as you sign up to a website which required your email / name / any info. its illegal unless your above 13 years old.

So when someone under 13 joins, its considered illegal, and some (paul murphy for eample) become spammers. the last forum i had which was an Invision fourm btw, got taken down because we had people under 13 on it. So i'm just saying, for the love of god add a age verifyer in the sign up page.

Do not forget that with some sites, although a user is under the age of 13, as long as their parents "verify" what they are doing, they're allowed to sign up for the site. I know that when I signed up for an old e-mail address at go.com, if your parents where there to verify, you were able to have the account.

Certain sites also allow you to join so long as you enter in your parents e-mail address, and they verify. I think it's usually when signing up for e-mail address.. I know SBC's parental control does this.
