So, when I searched on google for linear equations, the explainations were very difficult to understand. Hopefully, you will provide me with an easier understanding of them.
Also, would this count as a linear equation?

Yeah, that's a linear equation. You just solve for y to put it in the
y = mx + b form to determine. If there is no exponent for the x variable, then it's a linear equation. |
