I'm gonna cut it short so people actually read it:
As long as you sign up to a website which required your email / name / any info. its illegal unless your above 13 years old.

So when someone under 13 joins, its considered illegal, and some (paul murphy for eample) become spammers. the last forum i had which was an Invision fourm btw, got taken down because we had people under 13 on it. So i'm just saying, for the love of god add a age verifyer in the sign up page.

Having just the age verifier does what? Nothing. It says whether the person is older or younger than 13 years of age. They would still be able to see and post in the topics that aren't necessarily PG13 or topics that they're too young to see/hear/think about, although it is a rule to keep it PG13 in the lockers.
