What have you learned from CB?

Man guys, great time for me to reappear and create a great topic. Did you all miss me? I know you did. Anyways, what kinds of things did you learn from CB? What has interacting with people over the internet taught you?

When I consider the answer to this question, the first thing that comes to mind is: you don't trust anyone over the internet. Definetly rule number 1 that many of us tend to overlook. We might think we're friends with someone online, but shit, we don't know anything about them. Which is why, of course, I have time and time again stated that I generally do not make friends online. But alas--others have not made the same vow as I have. In a time where photos can be so easily manipulated and identities can be kept so concealed, why trust anyone?

I never did in the first place. But now I know for sure I'm never going to. People can photoshop anything these days, seriously. How can I trust anyone to be my friend? How can I trust that one of my online "friends" won't turn my own artistic abilities against me? Well, truth be told, you really can't. Even though I told myself to never make online friends, one person stands out in my mind who I would definetly consider a friend. Trish. Yes you all know her. [2]Nekked. Now think back for a moment... how many skins has Trish contributed to CB? How many tutorials? How much time do you think she's devoted in the past year to helping people like you or I? I would venture to guess she's spent more time helping people she doesn't even know than we've spent sleeping. Think of all that she's accomplished. Think of what she does. She's helped so many of you with your webrelated questions. All for free. You can say she's a bitch and blah-blah-blah; but do you know what? She's just honest. And overall, an amazing individual.

Anyways guys, here's the thing. I hate to see such an incredible person who has worked so hard have her reputation slandered by a bunch of ridiculous "suspicions." And that is just what has happened.

Here is the evidence against Trish:
1. Pictures posted of her and Lena that looks photoshopped.
2. The fact that Lena only enters the forum at certain times.
3. Lena's style is similar to Trish's.

Hmmm... interesting. I wonder how a picture can "look" photoshopped. If I posted a picture of myself with my brother, no one would think it was photoshopped--would you like to know why? Because I can't photoshop worth shit. On the other hand... we all know how great Trish is at that. So perhaps if she posted a picture of herself in front of Times Square, one could suspect it was photoshopped... because she CAN photoshop something like that. Anyways, the second photograph of Trish and her sister, the one where it's SOOO OBVIOUS that it was photoshopped, even upon closer inspection it still did not look in any way photoshopped. "Siamese Twins"?? Give me a break. If Trish were to photoshop something, you guys know DAMN well that you wouldn't be able to tell. It's pretty f**king obvious that they are two separate individuals in those pictures. If you'd like me to give you a 360 degree analysis of those pictures, I'd be more than happy to, even though Trish already did so herself. #2-- Lena only enters the forum at certain times. So f**king what?? I do too. I haven't been on CB for the past 6 months or so because I don't like interacting with 13 year old illiterate asian jesus freaks over the internet. But now I'm posting a post about Trish--at a "convient" time... so maybe I'm not real too huh? Why don't you guys look into that too. Maybe you can come up with some theory about how I'm some alter-ego of Trish's. Haha. But normal people don't have the time to waste to do that shit. Anyways. #3. Lena and Trish are TWINS. They have the same genetic make-up. They have the same tastes. And honestly, if Trish was my sister, I'd try to pick up on her shit as much as possible. I mean a lot of you try to mimick Trish's style. Most of you do a shitty job. However, there is nothing suspicious about a twin sister having a similar style as Trish. They grew up together. Get over it.

Which brings me to one of my last points. Awhile ago in clique, Trish posted a topic titled "I want tastethis.org/nu". In it she described how she really wanted the domain name of "tastethis" but her sister wanted it so she let her have it. So she was practically begging someone for it. And she is even entering the vector contest just so she can win it. Now... I'm not going to go too deep into this because it should be obvious, but, if she didn't have a twin sister, why wouldn't she just have "tastethis" for herself? Exactly. Some of you who hate to admit you are wrong are going to come up with some conspiracy theory behind that one too--oh she made that entire topic just to prove she has a twin sister. She casually mentions her sister having "tastethis" but it's actually the whole point of the topic because she wants everyone to think she has a twin sister-blah-blah-BLAH. Bullshit guys. This is bullshit and you know it. She has a goddamned twin sister. It's absolutely ridiculous that you would question her integrity on a matter so seemingly obvious. If you can't trust Trish, that means you can't trust ANYONE on the internet. How the hell can you trust that I am who I say I am? Maybe I photoshop myself. Maybe I do this, maybe I do that. Maybe all of you photoshop imaginary lives for each other. Pathetic huh? Wouldn't it be pathetic if someone did that? Well I already know you'll all say "YES ITS PATHETIC" because you all said that about Trish. "How pathetic who would do that? Loser indeed." Hmm... who's the one coming up with imaginary conspiracy theories? Who's the one being suspicious of your own "friend"? Pathetic? Indeed.

Now I'm not talking to those of you followers who will just parrot each other and agree with the mass. I'm talking to you arrogant "leaders" who lead this shit. Do you have no self-respect? If you have suspicions, AWESOME. Great for you. Everyone should be a bit hesitant when dealing with anyone online. But you don't voice your suspicions publicly and publicly try to humiliate someone who's done so much for EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU. You don't need to come to conclusions that just because something CAN be done it means she did it. Be suspicious, no one really gives a shit, but when you try to turn everyone against such a wonderful person that is unnacceptable.

So Yeah. I learned to not trust people online. This is why I don't make friends online. I'm glad I didn't because I'm sure someone would have stabbed me in the back in a similar fashion as you guys did to Trish. I will not trust a single one of you. I have no respect for someone who does something like this to a "friend." Think about it. You guys feel so betrayed because you THINK trish has been lying about having a twin sister. On the other hand, Trish feels betrayed because her "friends" starting spreading their suspicions to everyone else before they even asked her. They made basically everyone in CB add a hateful comment about her that went on for about 7 pages in a certain topic. Which is worse? You guys are just pathetic. Not all of you. But seriously, most of you. Those of you who lead this whole thing, look into your conscious. You know what Trish has done for you. What have you guys done in return? Well basically you made her quit CB and withdraw herself from a lot of things she once enjoyed. Way to show your appreciation guys. So I learned my lesson on CB. Tell me about the lessons you've learned.

She has worked hard for her rep. She's a great artist, yada yada yada, but she lied about having a sister. They're suspicions that are based on observations from many cb members who were ever close to Trish and more. I don't see them as being ridiculous. What I see as being ridiculous is the fact that she lied about having her twin and continues to do so.

If we had asked her, she would have gotten mad. Indeed. We thought it'd be better to see if we really had reason to suspect her, and it turned out we did. And it wasn't toward everyone else, it was only a select group of people that was included before we came to the conclusion. After that, all hell broke loose, haha.

Ask Trish the same thing. Maybe you can get her to stop this compulsive lying.
