Do you think cb is getting "overcrowded" in the forums? Do you think it's a good thing or a bad thing?

I've dealt with this issue before when I modded a 'mens entertainment' (read between the lines) forum. Topics spring up left and right and they seem to push the more important/interesting/insightful topics to the side. The more popular topics were 'pinned' or 'stickied' and the less populars were free to fade to black when people stopped posting in them. Also, we used VBulletin which had flood control and disabled people from posting more than once within a certain amount of time. It helped the server, the forum was easier to maintain and it increased traffic.
