i dont know if this is the right place to ask, but is there a tutorial for how to make images to put on an xanga skin? i just downloaded jasc paint shop pro, and i don't know how to start making an image. HELP PLEASE!

yes wrong forum this would belong in webdesigning. Theres ain't no tutorials.. its just about creativity and imagination (not to sound corney) maybe you would like to download some brushes to make it more cool
