i have been using psp9 for a while and have been trying to blend images. but it does not seem to be working for me. so would photoshop be better? or should i practice more?.

i dont have either; my parents refuse to spend money on programs that will "distract me from schoolwork". so I'm stuck using ms paint and GIMP =/ wahh
 but theres a price difference isnt there? so doesn't that kinda even the two programs out? |
