ok i just got used to dreamweaver and i downloaded a trial but i wanna know if there is anyway i can just use a rectangle tool to drag and make a box as a div layer, like instead of typing the code in and the absolute positioning???
did that make sense lol. and does anyone know how can i get frontpage or dreamweaver for free???? like i know that CB doesnt support piracy but i am about to go to it cause i dont know how to get it any other way. |

You really don't need Dreamweaver if you want to use div layers. AT least I don't, because it's more convenient the way I do. When you have your layout image open, make a rectangle with the marquee tool where you want the div layer to be. Then go to View>>Ruler. Then calculate the number of pixels between the side of the image and the rectangle and marquee. You can figure out the margin-top and margin-left. And use the exact same div layers that you do for Xanga. =]
